Evaluation, Assessment and Review  

The analysis of bids and the regular review of event or functional area manuals are vital components of effective project management, procurement and performance. They contribute to progress tracking, determining success, legacy creation, current and future stakeholder engagement, ultimately driving overall organisational effectiveness and success.
